Confirmation by text or phone call is required 24 hours prior to your appointment. Out of respect to all of our providers, any cancellation calls after this period or no any shows are subject to a fee based of your appointment. All satellite clinic clients have a flat fee for no shows or cancellations 48 hours prior to appointment due to travel and preparation.
