To ensure the highest level of service and commitment to health journey, Simply Bliss has implemented the following consultation fee policy: 

Consultation Fee: 

A $75 consultation fee is required when you schedule your first appointment. This fee may be applied to any services performed on the day of your consultation. 

Appointment Confirmation: 

Confirmation via text or phone call is required 24 hours before your appointment. This allows us to optimize our scheduling and provide the best possible care to all our clients. 

Cancellation and No-Show Policy: 

Out of respect for our providers and other clients, any cancellations made after the 24-hour confirmation period or no-shows will be subject to a fee based on your appointment. 

For clients visiting our quarterly satellite clinics, there is a flat fee of $200 for no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment. This is due to the additional travel and preparation required for these appointments. 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. However, adherence to this policy allows us to maintain the quality of our services and respect the time and effort of our dedicated team.
